摘要
应用SPSS统计软件,研究了不同花生品种(系)在不同生态区的适应性,分别对10个花生品种(系)的16项生物学性状指标进行了主成分分析和聚类分析,按照方差累计贡献率85%提取了4个主成分,通过计算各品种(系)的主成分得分和综合得分值,把10个品种(系)按生态区分别划分为3类:综合性状优良品种(系)、综合性状中等品种(系)和综合性状较差品种(系),并采用最长距离法进行了系统聚类。结果表明,不同生态区的主成分分析合并因子不同,综合得分值及排序有较大差异,聚类结果也有所不同。不同花生品种(系)生态适应性存在较大差异。在所有供试花生品种(系)中,冀9814的综合性状较好,产量水平较高,表现也最稳定。
In order to make integrative evaluation on ecological adaptability of different peanut cultivars in different ecological regions, principal component analysis and cluster analysis were conducted on 16 biological characters indexes of 10 peanut cultivars by using the statistical software SPSS. According to the accumulated contribution ratio to the variance ≥85% from the total information reflected by original 16 indexes, four principal components were extracted, Based on the scores of these principal components and the general score, the 10 peanut cultivars were divided into 3 groups, including improved varieties in integrated characteristics, middle level varieties in integrated characteristics and inferior varieties in integrated characteristics. The results indicated that there were big differences in the merging factors of principal components, the general score, ordination and cluster results for the peanut varieties in different ecological regions. Ji 9814 was better in integrated characteristics and yield traits level and the best stability variety,
