摘要
利用垂直板型聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对蒙古沙潜(Gonocephalum reticulatum Mostschu lsky)不同发育期的酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶进行了研究,结果表明,蒙古沙潜的不同虫态(卵、幼虫、蛹、成虫)和不同龄期幼虫(1~6龄)的酶谱在谱带数、迁移率、酶带宽窄(酶含量高低)及酶带染色深浅(酶活性强弱)等方面均有一定的差异。探讨了酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶在蒙古沙潜个体发育过程中的作用。
The vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophresis technology isoenzymes and peroxidase isoenzymes of Gonocephalum reticulatum Mostsc was used to study the esterase hulsky at different developmental stages and polymorphism. The results showed there are significant differences in the number of band patterns, migration rate, strength of enzymic activity (depth of band), the enzyme content( width of enzymic band)and quality of enzyme from Gonocephalum reticulatum Mostschulsky in different stages ( egg, larvae, pupae, adult) and between grubs (1-6 age) . The function of esterase isoenzyme and peroxidase isoenzymes in the ontogens of the beetles is also discussed.
