大鼠延髓巨细胞网状核与脑干内脏运动核间的纤维投射研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究成年大鼠延髓巨细胞网状核与脑干内脏运动核的神经联系。方法将顺、逆行神经示踪剂WGA-HRP注入一侧巨细胞网状核,光学显微镜下观察该核团与一般内脏运动核(迷走神经背核、上泌涎核、下泌涎核)和特殊内脏运动核(面神经核、疑核、三叉神经运动核)的纤维联系。结果在一般内脏运动核、双侧迷走神经背核、下泌涎核均可看到少量逆行标记细胞及神经纤维末梢,但上泌涎核未发现任何标记,在特殊内脏运动核的面神经核、疑核、三叉神经运动核团双侧均见逆行标记细胞及神经纤维终支。结论巨细胞网状核与大多数脑干内脏运动核有双向纤维联系。 Objective To study the fibrous connection between gigantocellular reticular nucleus (Gi) of medulla oblongara and visceral motor nucleus in the rat. Methods The wheat germ agglutinin-horseradish peroxidase (WGA-HRP) , a kind of anterograde tracer or retrograde tracer was injected unilaterally into the gigantocellular reticular nucleus. Under light microscope the fibrous connections were observed between Gi and the follow nuclei : dorsal nucleus of vagus nerve, inferior salivatory nucleus, superior salivatory nucleus, facial nucleus, ambiguous nucleus, motor trigeminal nucleus. Results A few stained neurons were observed at the inferior salivatory nucleus and dorsal nucleus of vagus nerve and nerve fibers at double sides, while the superior salivatory nucleus was not marked. The labeled neurons and fibers at the both side were found in the facial nucleus, nucleus ambiguous and motor trigeminal nucleus. Conclusion Bidirectional fibrous connection exists between Gi and majority of visceral motor nuclei.
