摘要
目的研究肺炎克雷伯菌中Ⅱ类整合子携带率,分析Ⅱ类整合子基因盒结构。方法采用PCR法检测98株临床分离肺炎克雷伯菌中的Ⅱ类整合酶基因,检测Ⅱ类整合酶基因阳性菌株中的intI1、sat、ereA、aadA1、orfX、dfrA1、tnsE、tnsD、tnsC、tnsB、tnsA基因。结果在1株肺炎克雷伯菌中检出Ⅱ类整合酶基因,阳性率为1%;该菌株同时携带intI1、sat、aadA1、orfX、dfrA1、tnsE、tnsD、tnsC、tnsB、tnsA基因;Ⅱ类整合子的结构与公布的AY639870.1、DQ176869.1、DQ275532.1、DQ268533.1序列中的Ⅱ类整合子结构完全相同。结论肺炎克雷伯菌中Ⅱ类整合子的携带率较低,Ⅱ类整合子结构无新的变化。
Objective To study positive rates of class 2 integron in Klebsiella pneumoniae and analysis the gene structure of class 2 integron. Methods The gene of class 2 integrase in 98 clinical Klebsiella pneumoniae and intI1, sat, ereA, aadA1, orfX, dfrA1, tnsE, tnsD, tnsC, tnsB, tnsA of class 2 integrase positive strains were detected by PCR. Results The gene of class 2 integrase was detected in one clinical isolate and positive rates was 1%. intI1, sat, aadA1, orfX, dfrAl, tnsE, tnsD, tnsC,tnsB, tnsA were positive in this strain. The gene structure of class 2 integron was identical with AY639870. 1, DQ176869.1, DQ275532.1, DQ268533.1. Conclusion The positive rate of class 2 integron was lower in clinical Klebsiella pneumoniae and gene structure was also no different.
