摘要
为了得到金褐霉素高产菌株,采用紫外和化学诱变方法,再通过对突变株推理选育得到一株制霉菌素抗性的菌株NTG-UV-35的产素单位最高,达到2330.43μg/mL,比出发菌株R22-103提高了87.25%;该菌株传代的稳定性试验表明:NTG-UV-35有较稳定的产抗生素遗传特性。
In order to obtain a high producing Aureofuscin strain ,we applied the way of ultraviolet mutation and NTG mutation to the original strain. Through rational screening we had obtained a nystatin - resistant mutant NTG - UV - 35 which has a productivity with 2 330.43μg/ml and was 87.25 percent higher than the original strain R22 - 103 in yields. The experiment results of NTG - UV - 35' s continuous generations showed that the strain was of higher and stable genetic characteristic.
