Its＇a way with characteristics for the library to cultivate postgraduate students by setting up its own master-cultivating stations. And it＇ s also a new method to promote the development of the cause of library. This paper gives a preliminary discussion on the model and type of cultivating postgraduate students by the library in an attempt to set up and perfect this new cuhivating mechanism.
