摘要
针对吊篮安全锁临界闭锁速度较高和制动距离短等特点,基于虚拟仪器技术构建了虚拟测试分析系统,采用LabVIEW图形化语言进行模块化程序设计。试验结果表明该系统可以快速准确地完成高处吊篮安全锁性能的测试分析,并且可以实现重复测试。
Considering that aerial lifting basket safety lock has high critical locking velocity and low braking distance, a virtual testing and analyzing system is developed with virtual instnnnents and LabVIEW software. This system can perform aerial lifting basket safety lock performance testing and analyzing quickly, accurately and repeatedly.
