益气活血散结法治疗特发性肺纤维化临床与实验研究

The Clinical and Empirical Study of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood for Dispersing Accumulation Method on Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

目的:探讨益气活血散结法对特发性肺纤维化(IPF)的治疗效果并进行机理分析。方法:系统研究以益气活血散结法为主要治则的肺通口服液和芪术合剂对IPF的临床治疗效果与动物实验机理分析。结果:益气活血散结法不仅能明显改善IPF患者的临床症状,而且能抑制肺泡炎症,减少肺组织损伤,显著降低TGF-β1的过度表达。结论:益气活血散结法能改善肺纤维化临床症状,对防治肺纤维化有一定的作用。

Objective ：To investigate the treatment effects of the method of supplementing Qi and activating blood for dispersing accumulation on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis （ IPF ） and analyse its mechanism. Method ： Systematic clinical observation and animal experimental study on the the method of supplementing Qi and activating blood for dispersing accumulation. Results ： The method of supplementing Qi and activating blood for dispersing accumulation not only could improve the patients＇ symptoms obviously, but can restrain inflammatory cell in lung organization in gather, and reduce TGF - β1 over express. Conclusion ： The method of supplementing Qi and activating blood for dispersing accumulation could improve the patients＇ symptoms, so to play the part of the role of preventing and curing the IPF.
