摘要
将实验犬左侧喉返神经及喉上神经外侧支切断,造成单侧联合性声带麻痹动物模型.分别选用同侧颈袢胸骨舌骨肌支肌蒂及副神经胸锁乳突肌支肌蒂移植于该侧环杓后肌.手术前后进行录音、喉镜检查及声带录像,肌电图检查,术后4个月取左环杓后肌标本进行形态学和组织学检查.结果显示两组实验动物均成功地恢复了麻痹声带的外展功能.文章对神经肌蒂环杓后肌移植的手术术式进行了探讨.
Left recurrent laryngeal nerves and external superior laryngeal nerves were cut off to establish animal models of unilaterally-combined vocal cord paralysis (VCP). Nerve-muscular pedicles (NMP), respectively selected from the ipsilateral ansa cervicalis-sternastoideus and from the accessory nerve-sternocleidonastoideus, were transplanted directly into the left posterior crycoarytenoid muscles. Before and after the operation done were sound recording, laryngoscopy, video recording and electromyography. Four months after the operation, the post cricoarytenoid muscles were sampled for histologic and morphologic investigation. The results showed that all the experimental animals from the two groups had successfully regained abduction function. Further discussed in the article was two surgical procedures of NMP transplantation for VCP.
