保神汤治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床对照研究

A Clinical Control Study of Baoshen Decoction on Treatment of General Anxiety Disorder

目的:比较保神汤与帕罗西丁治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效及副反应。方法:对符合CCMD-3广泛性焦虑症诊断标准的病人,随机分为保神汤组和帕罗西丁对照组,治疗6周,用汉密尔顿焦虑量表、焦虑自评量表、临床疗效4级评定标准和药物副作用量表,评定疗效和药物的不良反应。结果:保神汤与帕罗西丁疗效相当,起效虽稍慢于帕罗西丁,但疗效更持久、稳定,无严重副反应和成瘾性。结论:保神汤治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效好、副作用轻、患者依从性好,是较理想的治疗焦虑性神经症的药物。

Objective ： To investigate the clinical efficacy and the side effects of Baosheng Decoction in the treatment of general anxiety disorder. Method： Patients were randomly assigned to Baoshen Decoction group and paroxetine group for 6 weeks. Results ： The therapeutic efficacy in Baoshen Decoction group was similar to that in paroxetine. Compared with paroxetine, Baoshen Decoction had fewer side effects and Addiction. Conclusion ： Baoshen Decoction is effective in the treatment of general anxiety disorder and produces fewer side effects.
