针灸治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效和安全性评价

To Evaluate the Effect and Safety of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Allergic Rhinitis Patients with Deficiency of Spleen qi

目的:观察针灸治疗脾气虚弱型变应性鼻炎的有效性和安全性。方法:采用随机、双盲对照法,共治疗69例患者。试验组34例,给予针灸治疗,第1疗程每天治疗1次,共5次;第2疗程隔日治疗1次,共10次,总观察时间为4周;对照组35例,口服氯雷他定10mg,每晚1次,连用4周,两组病例均停止治疗后观察3个月。结果:治疗组有效率为94.12%,对照组有效率94.29%,两组疗效比较无统计学意义(u=0.7,P>0.05);停止治疗后随访3个月,治疗组复发率12.5%,对照组为48.48%,两组复发率有显著性差异(χ2=9.88,P<0.01));治疗组无不良反应发生,对照组为8.57%,两组比较无统计学意义(χ2=2.30,P>0.05)。结论:针灸治疗脾气虚弱型变应性鼻炎安全、有效。

Objective ：To observe the effect and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating allergic rhinifis patients with deficiency of spleen qi. Menthods ：69 cases were randomly and double-blind divided into treated group （34 cases）and controlled group（35 cases）, and treated respectively with acupuncture and moxibusfion and regular loratadine tablet for 4 weeks with a followup survey of 3 months. In the treated group, acupuncture and moxibustion was done once a day in the first course of treatment while once every two days in the second course of treatment. While in the controlled group,loratadine tablet 10mg was taken once every night. Result ： The effective rate is 94.12 % in the treated group and 94.29% in the controlled group. The differences of the therapeutical effect were not statistical significance（ u = 0.7, P 〉 0.05 ）. In the course of the followup survey,the recurrence rate is 12.5%, of in the treated group and 48,48% in the controlled group. The differences were significant between the two groups（χ^2 = 9.88, P 〈 0.01 ）. The adverse reaction rate of the treated group was 0, while the controlled group was 8.57%. The differences between the two groups were not statistical significance（ χ^2 = 2.30, P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：acupuncture and moxibustion is effective and safe for the allergic rhinitis with deficiency of spleen qi.
