bcl-2,P53蛋白在前列腺癌的表达及对判断预后的意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:检测bcl-2,P53蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达情况,探讨其病因和发病机制及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测40例前列腺癌中bcl-2,P53蛋白表达情况。结果:bcl-2,P53蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达率分别为35.0%,37.5%。bcl-2,P53蛋白的表达与前列腺癌的病理学分级和临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:检测bcl-2,P53蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达率将有助于对前列腺癌患者病理学分级、临床分期和预后的判断,可以作为判断前列腺癌临床分期和预后的重要指标。 Objective: To evaluate the expression of in bcl-2 and P53 protein in prostatic hyperplasia and prostatic carcinoma. Methods: lmmunohistochemical method was used to detect bcl-2 and P53 in 40 cases with prostatic carcinoma. Resutls: The expression rate of bcl-2 were mainly located in the epithelial cells and stromal cell in the normal prostatic and the BPH . In the prostatic carcinoma, the coexpression of bcl-2 and P53 correlated significantly with the grade of the tumor (P 〈 0.01 ), they have a close correlation (P 〈 0.05), while the rate of them was 35.0%and 37.5 % in prostatic carcinomas, with which patients lived shorter than those with negative expression of both mark (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions: Overexpression of bcl-2 and P53 protein and their aberrant modulations may play important roles in the pathogenesis of BPH and prostatic carcinoma. They might serve as indicatora to the clinical stage and prognosis of prostatic carcinoma.
