氟伏沙明治疗儿童情绪障碍的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Emotional Disorders in Children with Fluvoxamine

目的:探讨氟伏沙明治疗儿童情绪障碍疗效及安全性。方法:以氟伏沙明治疗儿童情绪障碍患者25例,采用艾氏儿童行为量表CBCL评定疗效,TESS量表评定药物的不良反应,疗程8周。艾氏儿童行为量表减分率≥60%为有效,<60%为无效。以艾氏儿童行为量表<5分为临床痊愈。结果:25例患儿的治疗前CBCL评分(51.19±10.71),治疗后2周有效率56%(14/25),治疗后4周有效率为72%(18/25),治疗后8周有效率80%(20/25)。副反应发生8例(32%),无因副反应而中断治疗者。结论:氟伏沙明治疗儿童情绪障碍疗效确切,安全性好。

Objectives： To assess the efficacy and safety of Fluvoxamine in the treatment of emotional disorders in children. Methods： Twenty-five children with child mood disorder were treated by Fluvoxamine. Curative effects were assessed with the Child Behavior Check-list （CBCL） before treatment and at the ends of 2th,4th and 8th week of treatment , and adverse reactions were assessed with Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS）. The seore-reducing rate of the CBCL≥60% was effective and 〈 60 % was ineffective. The score of the CBCL 〈 5 was clinical recovery. Results：The score-reducing rate of CBCL of 20 cases（80% ） was more than 60% after 8 weeks treatment. Eight cases were fully recovered, 12 cases obviously progressed,5 cases improved. There were 8 cases with side effect. Conclusion： Fluvoxamine is an effi- cient and safe antidepressant in the treatment of child mood disorder. Side effect is very mild and most patients can tolerate.
