摘要
膨胀管技术是石油工业中迅速崛起的一项新技术,可明显降低钻井及完井成本。介绍了国外膨胀管技术的发展历程和国内研究状况,并对膨胀管的基本工作原理及膨胀工具、膨胀管连接、力学性能等关键技术进行了详细论述;结合国外实践,阐述了膨胀管的应用领域及主要功用,针对国内外膨胀管技术目前的发展现状,指出了今后的研究方向和攻关重点,以供广大钻井工作者和研究人员参考。
Bulged tube technology is a new technology in oil industry.It can distinctly reduce drilling and completion cost.This paper introduces the development history and current study status of bulged tube technology at home and abroad,addresses the basic operating principle,expansion tool,connection and mechanical performance of bulged tube;expatiates the application domain and main functions of the tube in conjunction with foreign practice;and indicates research direction and key problems to tackle in the future,thus providing reference to drilling and researching staff.
