埕岛油田防砂与采油工艺技术研究

Technical study of sand control and oil production process in Chengdao oilfield

为了治理砂害而使出砂油气田能够有效开发,以埕岛油田的防砂采油为例,对双层绕丝筛管、金属棉滤砂管和绕丝筛管砾石充填3种防砂方式进行了效果对比,认为砾石充填防砂效果最好,同时通过实践证明电潜泵采油适合埕岛油田馆陶组防砂后的生产井。

In order to control sand and effectively develop sand producing oilfield,this paper takes Chengdao oilfield as an example to compare the efficacy of 3 sand control methods,which are concentric wire wrapped screen,wire cloth sand screen and wire-wrapped screen gravel pack.It is thought that gravel pack sand control is the best.Meanwhile,practice has proved that ESP oil recovery suits producers in Guantao formation of Chengdao oilfield after sand control.
