摘要
从全面推进素质教育的视角,对高校体育课程教学模式进行理论研究与思考,提出了新的体育教学模式——“立体式教学”.并利用两年的试验教学和问卷调查,证明“立体式教学”模式能达到提高学生对体育课的兴趣,提高学生对所传授的技术动作的准确理解和应用的能力,提高学生参与体育锻炼的愿望,能更好地培养学生终身体育锻炼的意识.
This paper researches the advanced P.E. teaching mode from the viewpoint of boosting quality education, and a new P. E. teaching mode, “three-dimensional teaching mode” is brought forward. The teaching experiment for two years and questionnaire show that “three-dimensional teaching mode”could improve the interest of the students, understanding and applying ability so that students can take part in Physical exercise, and lay a good foundation for consciousness of lifelong physical excise.
