摘要
介绍了新式生产用液压振动台的参数计算理论和计算方法。通过实验核对了这种计算的正确性。结果证明:本系统不但噪声低,起动和制动过程中没有共振,而且寿命长、油压低、泄漏小。
a newly-developed hydraulic vibration table for practical purpose isdescribed regarding its parametric consideration with calculating method. withthe correctness and serviceability of calculation results verified, the table withits mechanic-hydraulic amplification system is proved applicable due to its lownoise and non-resonance during starting and braking, as well as its longservice life, low oil pressure and very small leakage.
