摘要
目的:针对外科手术导航中的需求,研究实现了二维医学图像和三维体数据的配准。方法:利用DRR模拟图像与真实图像比较,互信息量作为目标函数,参数寻优采用Powell算法,实现2D ̄3D医学图像的刚性配准。结果:配准误差在0.1 ̄5度之间。结论:DRR图像影响配准精度,误差难以避免。
Objective: Accroding to the requirement of surgery guide,the authors research and actualize registration of 2D~3D medical image. Method: We used DRR to compare with real image,mutual-information as object function, Powell algorithm as parameter optimization to implemente rigid registration of 2D~3D medical image. Results: Registration error between 0.1~5 degree. Conclusion: DRR image influence registration precision,and error can't be eliminated absolutely.
