摘要
目的:探讨局部湿热治疗对肿瘤生长的影响及意义。方法:建立Balb/c乳腺癌4T1实验动物模型,并以不同温度和作用时间对肿瘤进行局部湿热处理。结果:结果发现43℃作用35min,每周1次,局部湿热治疗可有效控制肿瘤生长,减少肺转移的发生。结论:局部湿热治疗可以有效抑制肿瘤生长,具有潜在的临床推广应用价值。
Objective: To explore the significance and effects of local wet hyperthermia on tumor growth. Method: Establish experimental animal model of mouse mammary carcinoma and treat animal model at different temperature for different heating time. Results: Local wet hyperthermia at 43 degree, once a week and lasting for 35 minutes, can inhibit the tumor growth and reduce the lung metastasis of tumor on ani real model. Conclusions: Local wet hyperthermia could influence tumor growth and own potential value of clinical application.
