摘要
在分析总结目前见诸报导的、有关电网运行相量以及电能质量监测装置的研制成果的基础上,提出了一种基于GPS的统一电网运行状态监测装置。从电力系统发展及其对自动监控设备的需求角度出发,指出研制统一的广域电网运行状态监测装置的必要性,分析了统一广域电网运行状态监测装置的功能、特点,对基于GPS的广域电网运行状态监测装置进行了模块化的结构设计。
Basing on the analysis and summary of the state of the art of power system phasor measurement unit, a unified wide area phasor measurement unit structure was proposed based on GPS. From the need of power system supervisor and control system, the necessity of developing unified wide area phasor measurement unit was pointed out, and also the requirement of the future PMU was analyzed. At last the structure of the unified wide area phasor measurement unit was given out.
