电熔焊是塑料压力管道的重要焊接方法。主要介绍了一种基于PIC单片机的逆变电容焊机的研制,详细阐述了IGBT逆变开关电源、控制系统的硬件结构和软件流程。研制的焊机具有轻巧、节能等优点。
Electro-fusion weld is an important method in application to plastic pipeline. The design of inverter electro-fusion weld machine based on PIC SCM was described. The IGBT inverter power control system, including hardware and software were given. The designed weld machine is lightweight and energy-efficient.
