摘要
对食品添加剂氢氧化钠中汞含量的测定方法——冷原子吸收分光光度法进行了探讨,针对分析中存在的问题,提出了相应措施,使测定结果更准确。
The method cold atom absorption spectrophotometry is discussed for measuring the content of mercury in sodium hydroride as food additives. In view of the problems existing in the analysis, the appropriate measures are raised ,therefore the more accurate measurement results are achieved.
