摘要
目的研究中草药皂角刺中白桦脂酸型三萜的细胞毒性及抗HIV活性。方法通过体外活性筛选实验考察化合物的细胞毒性及抗HIV活性。结果从皂角刺中分离得到的5个白桦脂酸型三萜均表现出较弱的细胞毒性和强弱不等的抗HIV活性,其中化合物1,2和5抗HIV活性强烈,EC50值均小于0.064μg/mL。结论皂角刺中含有强烈抗HIV活性成分,这对抗HIV新药开发和皂角刺新的药用功效开发有重要实用价值。
Aim To examine the cytotoxicity and anti-HIV activity of lupane-type triterpenoids from the stings of Gleditsia sinensis Lam. Methods The cytotoxicity and anti-HIV activity were examined by in vitro bioassay. Resuits All the five compounds showed weak cytotoxicity and different degree anti-HIV activity, compound 1, 2 and 5 showed strong anti-HIV activity ( EC50 〈 0. 064 μg/mL each). Conclusion There are some chemical constituents with strong anti-HIV activity in the stings of Gleditsia sinensis Lam. , this research result will be useful for the development of anti-HIV drug.
