摘要
目的对辣椒感染青枯菌前后的根、茎、叶内过氧化物酶(POD)及同工酶进行比较研究。方法采用比色法和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)法。结果酶活性测定结果表明,辣椒叶片的POD活性显著高于根部和茎部。辣椒接菌后,根、茎的POD活性在第3 d升至最高值,而叶内第5d升至最高值,且比对照提高了4.7%;同工酶电泳分析表明,辣椒接菌后的同工酶谱带,在条带的数目、种类和各条的相对活性上表现出差异。结论POD与植物抗病性密切相关。
Aim To comparatively study the peroxidase (POD) and isoenzyme of roots, stems and leaves in capcicum infected with Pseudomonas solanacearum. Methods Colorimetry and polypropylene amic gel electrophoresis (PAGE). Results Activity of peroxidase (POD) showed they had higher POD activity in leaves than in roots and in stems. After inoculating of P · Salanacearum, the POD activity in roots and stems is highest in 3 days but in leaves is in 5 days, which improved 4.7 percent higher than those from the antitheses plants. Isoenzyme electrophoresis of these samples showed that difference occurred in numbers and types of isoenzyme bands and related activity of every band between different samples, Conclusion It was suggested that POD may be close related with plant against Pseudomonas Solanacearum.
