广东省普通高校体育科研队伍的建设

On the Construction of Sports Scientific Research Team in Regular Institutions of Higher Learning in Guangdong Province

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计等研究方法,对广东省普通高校体育科研队伍的结构特征、科研的动机、科研的态度、科研的能力等现状进行调查研究,并根据存在的问题,提出加强科研队伍的思想建设、制度建设以及科研能力的建设等3个方面的应对策略,旨在对广东省普通高校体育科研队伍的建设提供有效的参考。

With different research methods such as documental data, questionnaire, an investigation into current situation of sports scientific research team of regular institutions of higher learning in Guangdong Province from different angles such as structural characteristic, scientific research motivation, scientific research attitude, scientific research ability was launched and countermeasures are brought forward in accordance with the investigation result.
