摘要
高技术企业技术创新的系统性、复杂性以及高投入性决定了其高风险性。如何有效地管理整个技术创新过程中的风险,以降低其发生率,提高技术创新的成功率成为当前高技术企业技术创新过程中面临的难题。根据CRM(Continuous Risk Management)理论,结合高技术企业技术创新过程中风险管理的特点,从实际应用出发,来构建高技术企业持续风险管理的整个过程,采用企业风险库的建立、风险过滤以及风险评估的层次分析法、风险降低策略等适用于高技术企业技术创新风险管理的整套方法。
The risks during high - tech enterprise technological innovation are mainly decided by technological innovation＇s systematization, complexity and high investment. How to effectively manage the entire risks in process of technological innovation and improve the success rate of technological innovation have become very difficult. Based on CRM （ Continuous Risk Management ） theory, the characteristics of risk management in high - tech enterprise technological innovation, and the Utility of articles, the paper presents a model of high - tech enterprise continuous risk manage- ment, which involves the establishment of risk base, the methods of risk assessment and the strategies of risk reduction.
