摘要
欠发达地区农村经济、金融不相适应性的存在,抑制了农村经济的发展,并使城乡经济的非均衡性问题进一步突出。金融对经济的支持不足,金融资源配置效率弱化,严重制约了欠发达地区农村经济的发展。因此,在构建新型农村金融资源配置体系时,要注重该体系的“合力效应”。
The large gaps between the financial system and economic development in underdeveloped areas seviously prevent the local economic development with the intenisified urban and rural unbalanced characteristics. Therefore, it is vital to rebuild the rural financial resources allocation system, especially by exerting the ＂resultant force effect＂.
