Harmony Realm and Talent Development:The Basic Reason of Dacheng Management Study

大成管理学,是属于应用范畴的基础理论研究,以大成管理、人才发展、和谐社会理想三位一体关系作为研究对象,运用教育思维、管理理念、实践基础,从整体上研究人的生存发展规律包括人的一切活动关系和谐协调与持续发展的一般规律,进而构成其独特的、快乐的、和谐的管理理论体系。它围绕和谐境界和人才发展两个基本点,从理论与实践上提出大成管理学的基本研究思路和其研究范围与诸要素以及研究方法、理论价值、学术创新意义等理路问题,为和谐社会理论的丰富和发展提供了方法、理论和实践资源的共享基础。

Dacheng management belongs to the basic theory study of applied scope. Focusing the relationship between dacheng management, talent development and harmonious society ideology as the research object, it makes use of the education thought, management concept and practice basis to study the law of human＇ s living development on the whole which contain the ordinary law of human ＇ s all harmonious activity relations and sustainable development, and thus forms its unique, happy and harmonious management theory system. Around the tow basic points - harmony realm and talent development, this paper puts forward the basic study thought of the dacheng management, its research scope and all elements and other reason problems such as research methods, theoretical value, the meaning of academic innovation and so on from the theory and practice in the hope of providing methods, theories and practice resources for enriching and developing the harmonious society theory.
