摘要 行动研究既成为教师的研究方式,也成为教师的工作方式,教师教学技能、教学思想、教学方法、教学行为的改进和提高是21世纪教育教学改革的重心。作为教师个体应敏锐感应这种变化,主动制定教师个人行动计划,提升自我素养和专业能力,在行动中研究,在研究中实现专业的自我发展。 Teacher action studies have become teacher' s research methods as well as teacher' s working approaches. It is the key point to improve and promote teachers' teaching skills, teaching thought, teaching methods and teaching behavior for the teaching reform in the 21st century' s education. As an individual,the teacher should be keen to adapt themselves to the change ,formulate individual motion plan on own initiative and promote self-quality and specialized ability. Study in action and realizing professional self - development in the study.
