关于公立重点高中教师流失的思考

On Teachers' Losing in Key Public Senior High School

人才流动日益频繁的今天,公立重点高中也面临着教师流失的困境。公立重点高中作为中国特殊历史阶段的产物,其教师流失也表现出自身的特点。在对公立重点高中教师流失原因分析的基础上,提出了减少公立重点高中教师流失的对策。

Now, talent is flowing with increasing frequency, and key public senior high school is faced with crisis of teacher losing. Key public senior high school is outcome of Chinese exceptional stage of history, so it has its characteristics. I analysed reasons of teacher losing in the key public senior high school, and put up with some solutions to the problem of it.
