学校组织文化是由学校师生员工通过组织内部的教育、教学、科研、生产、生活等实践活动所创造出来的文化的总和。学校组织文化的建设是一个长期而复杂的系统工程,必须遵循人本性、系统性、教育性、个性化等原则,从学校领导、制度建设、物质环境和校风建设等途径着手进行全方位构建。

Schools＇ organization cultures are the integration of staffs and students＇ internal activities in the schools, such as education, teaching, research, production and etc. The cultivation of schools＇ organization cultures is a long and complex system, which must be done in accordance with the principles of humanity, systematization, and individualism. The leadership, institution, material and school spirit all should be taken into consideration in the process of the cultivation of schools＇ organization cultures.
