摘要
教师缺口较大,但用人单位对师范类应届本科毕业生的招聘热情却逐渐降温,这在一定程度上反映了目前高等师范院校本科教育教学存在的某些问题。应从高等师范院校的毕业实习、教学法课程改革入手,彻底纠正影响本科生培养质量的不利因素,更好地为基础教育服务。
Although the number of teachers is in a big gap, employers are becoming less and less interested in recruiting normal university graduates. This reflects, to some extent, that there are certain problems in the current normal university undergraduate education system. To address this issue, measures should be taken to reform the graduating praxis and teaching curriculum of the higher Normal universities, thus correcting the negative factors, affecting the quality of undergraduate education and better serving the basic education sector.
