摘要
我国不同地区经济、教育发展不同,化学实验课的改革情况亦不同,且差异逐步增大。以陕西省为例,通过对不同办学条件下中学化学实验新课程的实施情况进行调查分析,认为各示范学校办学软硬件条件好,但学校价值观存在一些问题,应改变对他们的评价机制,重点开发开放性、探究性实验课例;由于政府对普通中学重视和投入不足,优秀教师流失,实验课改收效甚微,要改善办学条件,保护教师自尊和信心提升教育质量;贫困学校软硬件条件严重不足,课改热情高成效低,应该启动低起点实验课改,着重设计一些因陋就简的替代实验;同时加强交流合作,缩小各类学校间的差异。
The development of economy and education affects the reform of chemistry experiment curriculum in different area of our country and the differences are increasing gradually in different area of our country. Take Shaanxi Province as an example, through investigating and analyzing the implementation situation about the new chemistry experiment curriculum in middle-school under the different school conditions, to the first-class middleschools,we should change evaluation systems and explore some opening and aoquired chemistry experimental classes. To the second-class middle-schools, we should improve their school condition, upgrade their amour-propre and confidence, promotion teaching and learning quality. To the third-class poverty middle-school, because of the seriously insufficient softwear and hardware conditions, we should emphatically design some the substituted chemistry experimental classes which make things done with whatever is available.
