摘要
①目的探讨大鼠蓝斑与背柱核间的神经纤维联系。②方法利用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行追踪技术标记投射神经元,TMB法反应。③结果双侧蓝斑内均发现HRP标记神经元,薄束核组与楔束核组无显著差异。④结论大鼠蓝斑与背柱核存在直接的纤维投射,并且该纤维投射是双侧的。
Objective To investigate nerve fibers connection between locus coeruleus and the dorsal column nuclei in rats. Methods Retrograde transport technique of horseradish peroxidase(HRP) was usesd to label the neurons, which were reacted by TMB method. Results The neurons labelled by HRP were found in bilateral locus coeruleuses, and there was no obvious difference between the groups of gracile and cuneate nucleus. Conclusion The results suggestes that nerve fibers from the locus coeruleus of rats project to the dorsal column nuclei bilaterally
