胰腺癌肿瘤性微血管的定量检测

摘要 ①目的探讨胰腺癌组织肿瘤性微血管(NMV)定量与其病理形态及生物学行为的关系。②方法采用免疫组化法检测第Ⅷ因子相关抗原的表达,对47例胰腺癌组织的肿瘤性微血管进行定量测定。③结果低分化腺癌微血管数量明显高于高分化腺癌,组织学分级Ⅲ级和临床晚期(Ⅲ,Ⅳ期)病人高于Ⅰ级和临床早期(Ⅰ,Ⅱ期)病人,差别均有极显著性(t=4.873,4.539,5.257,P<0.001)。④结论胰腺癌组织肿瘤性微血管生成与其组织学特征及生物学行为密切相关。 Objective To study the relationship between the number of neoplastic microvessel(NMV) and the pathologic features and biological behavior of pancreatic carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical detection of the expression of factor Ⅷ related antigen in 47 cases of pancreatic carcinoma was done to determine the number of NMV. Results The number of NMV in poorly differentiated pancreatic carcinoma which having high pathological grading (grade Ⅲ) at late clinical stage(stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ) was significantly greater than the well differentiated pancreatic carcinoma having low pathological grading and at early clinical stage( t=4.873, 4.539, 5.257; P< 0.001). Conclusion Angiogenesis in pancreatic carcinoma tissue might be related to the histologic features and biological behavior.
