妊娠合并沙眼衣原体感染母儿结局分析

Ohlamydia Trochomatis Clothingand Infect the Impact Ondelivery and Neonate＇s Final Result

目的：探讨妊娠合并沙眼衣原体感染对妊娠分娩及新生儿结局的影响。方法：采用回顾性分析法对2004年12月～2006年12月在我院产科检查的132例妊娠合并沙眼衣原体感染的孕妇病史进行分析，同时选择同期无沙眼衣原体感染力孕妇144例作对照比较。结果：妊娠合并沙眼衣原体感染的孕妇孕期合并症发生率及产时并发症分别为35．6％、45．5％。对照组分别为1．39％和9．03％，两组相比观察自然流产、死胎、胎膜早破、早产、低体重儿增多。新生儿结膜炎、新生儿肺炎明显高。在异常组中，发现感染及时治疗的82例孕妇发生孕期、产时及围生儿并发症明显低于因各种原因未经治疗的孕妇（P〈0．05）。结论：沙眼衣原体感染明显增加了孕期、产期及围产儿的并发症，是现代产科面临着一个重要课题，因此应采取有效措施，降低母儿所发生的并发症。

Object Reseach Chlamydia trochomatis clothing and infect the impact onueilvery and neonate＇s final result. Methods Adopt the reviewing analytic approach and analysis 132 cases of pregnant medical history of pregnant woman that amalgamated Chlamydia trochomatis clothing and infected in inspection of obstetrical department of the our academy from December of 2004 to December of 2006, Choose 144 pregnant women who there is no Chlamydia trochmatis clothing to infect in the same to oppose and shine comparison at the same time.Results The complication is 35.6% and 45.5% respectively when the pregnant woman infected with amalgamates disease and produces in pregnancy period to amalgamate Chlamydia trochomatis clothing inpregnancy period .It is 1.39% and 9.03% respectively to shine the group . Two groups compare and observe sspontaneous abortion . fetal death. Premature rupture of membranes . the low weight increases . neonatee＇s conjunctivitis. Neonate＇s pneumoina is obviously high. Organize unusually, 82 pregnant woman infected in time treating to find various kinds of pregnant woman that reason does not treat obviously to enclose when producing （P〈0.05） Conclusion Chlamydia trochomatis cloth has been infected and obviously increased in pregnancy period , and encloses the newborn baby＇s complication while producing . It is an important problem that the modern obstetrical department faces , so should take the effective measure mother＇s complication happened.
