Nursing Care of Transurethral Resection of the Prostate for Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗前列腺增生的方法及护理体会。方法：通过对360例经尿道TURP前的心理护理、术前准备、术后的膀胱持续冲洗、抗炎及止血治疗、做好基础护理预防并发症、做好饮食及排使护理，以及术后的健康教育。结果：360例经尿道TURP全部临床治愈出院。术后随防3～6个月，无排尿困难及无排血尿，尿流正常。结论：加强手术前的护理及术后的康复护理是提高手术疗效的重要措施。

Abstract Objective To explore the method and nursing care of transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP） in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia. Methods： 360 cases of prostatic hyperplasia patients received TURP were observed. The preoperative psychological nursing and preparation, postoperative continuous bladder irrigation, anti-inflammatory and hemostatic therapy were performed; did well the basic nursing to prevent the complications, did well dietary and defecation nursing, improved the postoperative health education. Results： All the patients were cured and discharged from the hospital after TURP. The follow-up period was from three months to six months, no dysuria or hematuria after operation, and the urine flow was normal. Conclusion： Strengthening the preoperative nursing and postoperative rehabilitation nursing is important measures for improving the effect of TURP.
