机械通气在重症肺结核并发多器官功能衰竭抢救中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨在内科治疗基础上同时应用机械通气在重症肺结核并发多器官功能衰竭(MOF)抢救中的方法和疗效。方法:对71例重症肺结核并发MOF病例在强调内科治疗同时应用IPPV/as-sist或P-SIMV模式机械通气,观察其血气、病情变化等指标。结果:所有病例抢救成功40例,死亡31例,抢救成功率56.3%,死亡率43.7%。结论:在重症肺结核并发MOF的抢救中应用肺保护性机械通气是可行的,是有效抢救病人生命措施之一。 objecitive The Purpose of this study is to consider the curative effect of internal meduine treat and mechanical ventilation in salvage of severe pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with multiple organ failure. Methods The internal medicine treat and mechanical ventilation of IPPV/assist or P-SIMV mode given 71 Cases of severe pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with multiple organ failure. To observe the blood gas and patient' s conditions. Results Forty cases were Cured, thirty-one cases died, save successful rate was 56.3%. death rate was 43.7%. Conclusions Lung-protective mechanical ventilation is feasible in salvage of severe pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with multiple organ failure, is one of effectual save measure.
