基于模块化设计的柔性自动配料系统

Flexible Developing System for Automatic Proportioning Based on Modular Design

摘要 运用西门子Wincc组态软件和S7-300 PLC,基于现场总线控制技术,设计了某预混料的柔性自动配料系统.提出了一套用于柔性开发的结构化方法,利用面向对象设计方法和软件重用的概念,设计了可重用构建库.由于上、下位机使用统一的变量和模块化设计,其软件操作、维护非常方便,控制系统也表现出良好的柔性和智能性. By means of Siemens Wincc and S7-300 PLC, a flexible developing system was developed via Fieldbus technology. A structured approach to the development of flexible developing is described, an essentially object- oriented software engineering methodology is employed, and reusable component is designed. Since the upper and lower level computers utilizes a uniform parameter system and is based on modular design, this software is convenient in operation and maintenance and its control system is flexible and intelligent.
