摘要 本实验采用离体大鼠心脏Langendorff灌流模型,研究模拟心肌缺血预处理(IP)对心脏缺血-再灌注过程中心功能恢复的影响。结果表明,IP可促进缺血-再灌注心脏的发展张力、静止张力、冠脉流量和心率的恢复,并降低再灌注期间的心律失常严重程度。结果提示,IP对大鼠缺血心肌具有良好的保护作用。 The effects of ischemic preconditioning on the recovery of cardiac functions of the isolated rat heart during ischemia and reper fusion were observed in the present study by using the Langedorff model. It showed that ischemic preconditioning promoted the recovery of developed tension, resting tension,coronary flow and heart rate during reperfusion, and decreased the severity of reperfusion-induced arrhythmias. The results indicated that ischemic preconditioning could provide protective action for rat myocardium subjected to ischemia.
