摘要
作者研究了成灵仙水煎剂对动物胆汁分泌、炎症和疼痛及肠运动的影响。结果表明，威灵仙单次或多次口服给药可促进大鼠胆汁分泌，具有显著利胆作用。威灵仙对大鼠蛋清液引起的足跖肿胀具有抑制作用，即威灵仙有非特异性抗炎作用。威灵仙可显著抑制醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应，具有镇痛作用。此外通过小鼠肠推进试验表明，威灵仙还可促进小鼠肠蠕动。
The effect of weilingxian(Clematis Chinensis Osbeck) on biliary secretion and local inflammation in rats,and of the relieb of pain and the promotion of intestinal peristalsis in mice were studied. The results showed that weilingxian could significantly increased the biliary secretion by oral administration of its decoction once or several times respectively,and it could effectively ameliorate the edema of toes induced by injection of egg albumin,to thus show it nonspecific anti-inflammatory action. Weilingxian exhibited an analgesia action by preventing mice from making body torsion reaction caused by acetic acid,and it also could promote intestinal peristalsis in mice.
