作者用Octopus123全自动视野计的G1X程序及Goldmann视野计(GP),对60只青光眼进行了视野研究。GP采用湖崎分期。结果发现,平均缺损度(MD)和矫正缺损变异度(CLV)的异常增高,与GP的视野缺损严重度一致。根据Be-bie曲线所见,作者建议将曲线分为平坦型、陡峭型及混合型3种。极早期青光眼的G1X视野以弥散缺损为主,Bebie曲线表现为平坦型(占78%)。作者对其机理进行了讨论。
Octopus 123 was used in assessment of very early,early and moderate glaucoma on 60 eyes of 38 patients. This study showed the relationship between the results of Goldmann perimetry (GP) and that of octopus 123 G1X program. The increase of MD and CLV was co-related to the severity of visual field defects in GP. Flat type, seep type and mixed type were found in the Bebie's curve of glaucoma eyes. The flat type suggests relative diffusion of defects. The seep one suggests relatively local and deep defects. The mixed type means deeper and more localed defects within the diffuse defect area. 79% of the very early glaucoma showed the flat type of Bebie's curve in this study and the probable mechanism was disscused.
