摘要
当今中国大学毕业生的就业率逐年下降,如何提升大学生的就业力、树立科学的就业价值观,是当前高等教育亟需解决的问题。本文结合在珠三角地区最新的调查研究,就用人单位的选拔标准与大学生的毕业现状进行了比较分析,指出影响大学生就业的一系列问题,并试图探寻一条帮助大学生提升竞争力的有效途径。
Now the employment rate of graduates from institutions of higher learning is decreasing year by year, so how to improve employment ability of students and help them set up the scientific value view of employment is the important problem which must be solved urgently. Combined with the latest research about the pearl triangle district, and comparing the choosing criteria of work unit with the which will influnce the students employment and tries present situation of students, this paper points out the factors to explore an effective way to help students to raise their eompetire ability.
