摘要
电子商务所具有的特殊性给消费者权益的法律保护带来了前所未有的挑战,在网络广告、网络隐私、公平交易等方面出现了诸多问题。解决这些问题需完善相关法律法规,制定电子商务基本法,加强引导,提高消费者对欺诈行为的鉴别能力。
The open internet offers a boundless platform for e - business to develop without normal time and spatial limits in traditional business mode. However, various damage to consumer rights in the process of E - Business brings great challenge to law enforcement and practice. How to protect the legal rights of consumers, to fight fraud of net ads, to safeguard right of net privacy of consumers, and to imp rove fare trade of Internet economy of China becomes a tough problem. Therefore it is time to construct complete E - business legal system to ensure Internet consumer rights.
