摘要
我国企业实施员工培训效果评估存在投入不足、考核方式与信息来源狭窄、评估层次简单、测评方法单一等问题。企业管理层应从人力资源战略的角度提升评估的重要性,增加人力物力的投入,并对效果评估的实施流程进行系统管理。调动企业各职能层分工合作完善评估信息和系统。选择恰当的评估方法和完善的评估模型对于提高培训效果评估的质量和效率是重要的。
In the assessment of result in staff training of enterprise in China, there are some problems, such as, shortage of putting-in, boring way of exam, narrow information origin, simple assessment, unitary way of evaluation and etc. The manage level should promote the importance of assessment from the point of human resources strategy, increase the putting-in more manpower and material resources and systematically manage the practical procedure of assessment of the result. To mobilize all the function staff to respectively co-operate and make perfect the assessment information and system. Proper assessment method and assessment mode are very important to increase the quality and efficiency of assessment of the result of staff training.
