The Existing Problems and Its Solution of Education of Employment in Colleges

高校就业教育存在着工作停留在表层、对全程化教育认识不足、就业教育主体单一化和师资力量薄弱的问题。高校就业教育应把帮助学生树立正确就业理念、掌握就业方法、培养就业能力作为工作目标,把就业教育贯穿大学教育的整个过程,实行全程化指导,同时应与大学的育人职能相结合,并加强学生就业安全防范意识的培养。

Nowadays there are some problems existing in our college education of employment. One of the problems is that our work dwell on the surface. We don＇t have a full understanding of whole education, the education of employment＇s simplification of main body, and the weak of quality of teachers. The education of employment in colleges should help students to build up their idea of employment and help them to master the methods of employment. Bring up the students＇ ability of employment should be our goal of education of employment in colleges. And then we should carry this goal through the process of our education. At the same time, our education should be combined with cultivate students ability. And the education should strengthen the students＇ safetv aware ness.
