摘要 背景与目的:作为凋亡抑制因子,Livin和Survivin可能参与乳腺癌的发生和发展。通过对凋亡抑制因子Livin和Survivin在乳腺癌组织表达情况的测定,从而探讨二者的表达与乳腺癌发生发展的各临床因素之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测Livin和Survivin在45例乳腺癌、10例良性肿瘤、11例癌旁组织和10例正常乳腺组织中的表达情况以及在20例癌旁淋巴结中的表达情况。结果:Livin和Survivin在乳腺癌中表达阳性率分别是57.8、64.0,在癌旁组织中的表达率分别为70.0、45,与对照组相比差异均有显著性。Livin的表达与淋巴结转移、年龄、临床分期、肿瘤大小、C-erBb-2、ER、PR未见显著相关性,Survivin的表达与淋巴结转移、C-erBb-2有显著相关性,而与年龄、临床分期、肿瘤大小、ER、PR未见明显相关性。结论:Livin和Survivin在乳腺癌组织中表达上调,提示其可能在乳腺癌发生、发展中起重要促进作用,survivin和淋巴结转移的密切关系表明它的高表达可能反映患者较差的预后。 Background and purpose: As the inhibitors of apoptosis gene, Livin and Survivin may act an important role during development and progression of human breast cancer. So we investigated the expression of Livin and Survivin in human breast cancer, as well as the relationship between Livin and Survivin and the biological behavior of breast cancer. Methods: Livin and Survivin proteins were detected by immunohistochemical analysis in 45 breast cancerous tissues, 10 benign tumors, 11 para-cancerous tissues, 10 normal breast tissues, and 20 para-cancerous lymphonode. Results: The positivity rates for Livin and Survivin expressions were 57.8 % and 64.0 % in breast cancer tissues , and 70.0 % and 45 % in para-cancerous tissues, respectively. Both proteins showed significantly higher expression in cancerous tissues than that in non-cancerous tissues . There was no correlation in protein expressions of Livin and Survivin . The significant correlation of Survivin was found in breast cancer with lymphnode metastasis and C-erBb-2 expression~ Conclusions: Our findings suggest that up-regulated expression of Livin and Surviving proteins may play an important role in the development of breast cancer . The relationship between survivin and lymph node metastasis and C-erBb-2 expression indicates that higher survivin expression may imply patient' s poor prognosis.
