摘要 介绍了使用SolidWorks进行建模的特点和一般设计过程,并结合超磁致驱动装置的设计运用SolidWorks来进行零件设计、生成装配体、运动仿真及生成二维工程图.在对超磁致驱动装置进行建模的过程中,发现装配中存在的干涉和间隙等问题,进行了及时修改,确保设计更加合理. The characteristics of modeling with solidworks software, the common course to design, the characteristics and application of the Giant Magnetostrictive materials are presented. With the design of the Giant Magneto driving device, parts designing, assembling, motion simulation as well as 2D engineering drawing with solidworks are made. In the process of modeling on the Giant Magneto driving device, when the problems such as the interference and clearance in the assembly are found, the modification will be made in time, making sure that the design is more reasonable.
