摘要 虚拟装配是新兴的虚拟产品开发研究的重要内容.采用虚拟装配技术可以在设计阶段就验证零件之间的配合和可装配性,保证设计的正确性.通过在SolidWorks软件平台上对减速器产品典型零件进行3D建模和参数化设计,确保了应用三维CAD技术进行产品的高效设计,进而完成了实体建模和虚拟装配设计. Virtual assembly is a new virtual product of the important aspects of virtual product development. Virtual assembly technology can be used in the design phase of the certification between the parts and assembly to ensure the correctness of the design, reducer links to products in SolidWorks software platform for 3D modeling and typical design parameters ensure the efficient use of CAD technology and the completion of the solid modeling and virtual assembly design, which provides a strong technical support to the fast and accurate research and the development of a series of products.
