摘要
通过压缩试验,研究了蜂窝纸板二次加载时的缓冲性能,并与首次加载时的缓冲性能进行对比分析,表明蜂窝纸板二次加载时没有首次加载时的峰值,直接进入屈服平台,从而能更早更好地进入工作状态.同时,也对用经过预压的蜂窝纸板和没有经过预压的蜂窝纸板叠加而成的组合试样的缓冲性能进行试验研究,结果表明,预压过的试样迅速进入减振的工作状态,未预压的试样基本不变形,只对较大的冲击载荷起到缓冲作用,这有助于保持外包装箱的外观平整.
Through the compression experiment, this paper studies the cushioning properties of the honeycomb cardboard which is loaded on for the second time and compares them with the first compression load. The result indicates that the second value of the honeycomb cardboard may not get the peak value which the first value can arrive at before directly entering the yield stage, thus this makes the model reach the steady stage early. In addition, the superposition models, coming from the original model and the preloading model of the honeycomb cardboard, are studied on their cushion "properties. The test shows that the preloading model enters the active status of vibration reduction rapidly, and the specimen without preloads has no deformations generally and only does the work as buffers under the impulsive load. This cushion property helps to keep the outside container clean and tide.
